measuring_tapeMeasure twice, cut once, the old saying goes. And we are indeed fans of assessment and measurement to minimize risk and maximize success when pursuing a new venture or investment.  But we're also wary of "analysis paralysis" and believe in the merits of intuition.

Whether it's sales or usage data, customer and prospect surveys, interviews with your staff or industry opinion leaders, our work is based on objective analysis and assessment.  That doesn't have to mean a foot-high stack of research, it means balanced information from the best, most cost-effective sources.  Add a healthy dose of industry experience, and you've got a combination that delivers work in which you can be confident.

We've lived the realities of operating at different resource levels: from running a marketing team on vapor to the mad scramble of hiring an entire sales group, from product ideas ranging from "shoestring" to "blue-sky."  Whatever your reality, we tune our efforts accordingly.
